And we are preparing to announce its' closing this Thursday, Dec. 29- during Victorian Streetwalk (because there will be so many people) It is very very hard to do; it has been such fun and I love the buying and displaying - but we just cannot earn enough to make it pay for all the effort. We have tried various advertising avenues and mailings and just cannot seem to hit it. There are new "box" stores going up constantly and it is just not doing what we wnat it to do. 9 yrs. is enough, I guess. But it is heartbreaking, really.
