I'll have to say that my stress relief techniques aren't quite so advanced. 

Typically, I just take a moment to sit back and simply clear my head. I have several gadgets and gizmos that I keep around to distract me too.

					<description>While I have not read about EMS techniques specifically, I do know about the Tantric view of energy centers in the body called Chakras.  I happened to do my senior thesis on this system. And yes, it does absolutely work to move through the energy centers and release any blockage that might arise.

I think one of the first rules of combating stress is recognizing it in yourself.  We all manifest stress in different ways: emotional, physical, etc.  Stress relief for one person may not be the same for the next person.

Working for yourself definitely produces stress and it can really get in the way if you let it.  Begin to recognize it in yourself and develop ways to relieve it.
