Article Submissions
Indie Retailer invites you to submit an article relating to independently owned small business to be considered for publication on our weblog. While the Indie Retailer would like to encourage all independent retailers to share their various experiences, musings, wisdom, rants and raves; we encourage others who are involved in the related businesses that support retailers to submit articles as well.
Topics should include, but are not limited to; business finance, banking, commercial real-estate negotiations, bank and online merchant accounts, vendors, vendor relations, human resource issues, private health insurance, point-of-sale software and hardware, security systems, internet and offline advertising, consumer trends, internet and offline marketing, website development, trade shows, public relations and customer service, special event planning, publicity, branding, and store design to name just a few topics that we are looking for.
Your article should be relevant to independent retailing. “How-to” articles and articles that contain useful information to small indie retailers have the best chance of being accepted and published.
Your article should be at least 300 words in length.
You may place a short bio and a link to your website in a resource box to be included at the end of your article. You may also include an e-mail address for our audience to contact you if desired.
We reserve the right to edit the article to best suit our audience. By submitting your article, you are also granting us permission to post/publish the content of your article for the purposes of promoting and marketing IndieRetailer.com.
